• We source all veterinary drugs, vaccines, and biologics directly from manufacturers or NAFDAC-accredited distributors.
• Every product on our shelf is verified for batch numbers, expiry dates, and NAFDAC registration numbers.

2. Cold Chain Management (Vaccines)

We understand that vaccines (such as Newcastle, Gumboro, and Mareks) lose potency if not stored correctly. To ensure efficacy:

• Our pharmacy operates with 24/7 solar-powered refrigeration to maintain temperatures between 2°C and 8°C.
• We provide ice packs and insulated packaging for customers transporting vaccines to their farms.

3. Responsible Antibiotic Use

While we stock a full range of antibiotics to treat sick animals, we advocate for Antimicrobial Stewardship.

• We do not encourage the use of antibiotics as growth promoters.
• Our consulting team will always recommend biosecurity and hygiene improvements as the first line of defense before medication.
• Certain controlled veterinary drugs may require a prescription or a consultation with our in-house experts before sale.

4. Animal Feed Quality Assurance

Our feed sales division ensures that farmers get value for their money.

• Storage: All feeds (Poultry, Fish, Livestock) are stored on pallets in dry, ventilated warehouses to prevent moisture, mold, and aflatoxin contamination.
• Rotation: We use the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure no customer buys old or expired feed.
• Nutritional Integrity: We only stock premium brands known for correct protein and energy formulations.
