Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policy

1. Policy Statement

At Best Premium Cycle Limited, we are committed to conducting our agribusiness operations in a manner that protects the health and safety of our employees, contractors, visitors, and the surrounding community in Ogun State. We believe that all accidents are preventable and that "Zero Harm" is an achievable goal.

2. Core Objectives

• To provide and maintain safe working conditions, equipment, and systems of work for all farm staff.
• To minimize our environmental footprint through efficient waste management and sustainable resource use.
• To ensure strict compliance with the Nigerian Factories Act and applicable state laws.

3. Environmental Responsibility

We operate in strict accordance with the guidelines set by the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA). This includes:

• Waste Management: Proper treatment of poultry manure and aquaculture effluent to prevent water contamination.
• Biosecurity: Controlling farm access to prevent the spread of zoonotic diseases.
• Energy Efficiency: Utilizing natural ventilation and lighting where possible to reduce carbon emissions.

4. Employee Safety & PPE

All staff engaged in processing, slaughtering, or chemical handling are mandated to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Regular training is conducted on hazard identification, fire safety, and emergency response procedures.
